If you Living in this world long enough you might done thinking once or twice about what is the quality of life. Here are the note I took from the event

Notes:

Desire is the key factor when it come to quality of life, the more you desire = the more you suffer

we human Judge and access all the 5 sense input all the time (Touch , Smell , See , Taste , Sounds)

After judge and access we create Narrative of our own, and according to that narrative we again suffer more.

Dog bite last 20 years ago and we carried entire time like as if the dog is still biting. we carry a lot of emotional attachment without seeing the original story.

Having Standard is neither good nor bad, it’s depend on your choices

Standard can make you go straight to the goal , at the same time you are set in the boundaries

Without standard you got unlimited freedom , but for most it seem like they are lost.

That’s leads to victim mentality , which make person lead to worse sate

To get rid of victim mentality

We live in the era of enormous Choices which can make most people hard to choose what is the quality of life.

So we need to cut down the choices in order to get the way to pursue
